Heartland Publications has had its reorganization plan approved by a federal judge and emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy on April 30th per Editor & Publisher. Heartland Publications had filed for bankruptcy last December 21st.
Heartland Publications publishes fifty paid newspapers covering nine different states.
