The Clarendon Citizen, a weekly publication covering Manning, SC, will launch with its first edition on Wednesday, March 17th, 2010. The Citizen is owned by Clive Dowell and Jeffrey Black. Dowell will also serve as the editor and publisher.
A portion of the Citizen is staffed by former staff members of the established competition, Manning Times. The entire staff walked out on the times last Monday.
